February 2007 – Property 49 LLC was formed by Compass Capital of Valparaiso Indiana

April 2007 – Property 49 LLC bought the two lots on the north east corner of Executive Park at 500 North and State Road 49 in Valparaiso Indiana.

May 2007 – General concept designs for a proposed three story 34,000 square foot building where designed

June 2007 – South Bend Memorial made there announcement that they purchased 53 acres of property for a hospital and medical campus located across the street from the Property 49 proposed building

August 2007 – A 350 unit development was announced on property adjoining to the east of Memorial Hospital Campus, one quarter mile east of Property 49’s new building.

October 2007 – Porter Hospital announce the development of a new hospital campus at the corner of State Road 49 and 6 just 2 miles north of the Property 49’s new building

April 2008- Property 49 was successful in having the PUD changed to accommodate the currently planed three story 34,000 square foot building.

April 2008- Property 49 opened the leasing availabilities for the building

April 2008 – Property 49 announced that they where looking for anchor partners for the building project focusing on Financial Institutions.
